The Public Security Police (PSP) of Madeira, through the Machico station, arrested a 64-year-old man on October 11, accused of domestic violence.
The arrest occurred in the act after locals who witnessed the events alerted the authorities. The detainee was brought before the competent Judicial Authority, which imposed the most severe pre-trial measure: preventive detention.
