Academia Ponto Verde is returning to Madeira this summer for its largest edition ever, offering playful activities focused on packaging recycling for children.
The initiative, running until July 31st, will be present at 30 locations across the country and its archipelagos, including beaches and municipal pools. The goal is to reach over 5,000 children, promoting waste separation habits during holidays.
In Madeira, activities are scheduled for the Lido Bathing Complex and the Ponta da Gorda Bathing Complex in Funchal on July 27th and 28th. The program features the "Recicla Mania" board game, Story Time with new environmental tales, and a scavenger hunt for collecting and sorting packaging.
