Achada do Teixeira Parking Lot Works Temporarily Restrict Access

The Institute for Forests and Nature Conservation (IFCN) has started improvement works at the Achada do Teixeira parking lot. The aim is to enhance the organization, discipline, and efficiency of the space, reinforcing visitor mobility, safety, and comfort.

The intervention involves applying paint for horizontal markings, aiming for better management of a key access point to hiking trails and the region's natural heritage. Circulation and parking will be temporarily restricted starting today, with an expected maximum duration of five days.

Temporary signage measures will be implemented to minimize impacts. The IFCN requests the understanding and cooperation of users, recommending adherence to existing signs and instructions from on-site workers. This initiative is part of the IFCN's ongoing commitment to improving visitor support infrastructure.
