The party demands that the Institute for Forests and Nature Conservation (IFCN) release official attendance figures and details of the on-site enforcement measures, arguing that "a limit only has utility if there are mechanisms to control it."
ADN-Madeira advocates for monitoring not only the total daily entries but also peak times and parking capacity, accusing authorities of ineffective tourism load management. The party also seeks transparency in criteria for private event permits and clarification on resources allocated to the Forest Police and Nature Watchers.
