The Association of Neuro-musculoskeletal Diseases has warned of a lack of public toilets suitable for people with reduced mobility in Funchal.
According to the association, architectural barriers continue to exist, making daily life harder for these residents.
The warning was made at the Rota da Saúde conference, themed "Health, accessibility and quality of life".
