From June 29 to July 7, 62 ninth-grade students and nine teachers, accompanied by a technical assistant, are participating in a study and cultural trip to Paris. The initiative, organized by teachers Lina Melim, Kelly Freitas, and Teresa Quintal, in collaboration with Extracurricular Activities Coordinator Marta Gomes, received support from parents, the Executive Council, and essential partnerships.
Financial support from the Parish Councils of Imaculado Coração de Maria, São Roque, and Monte was crucial for achieving the objective. During the visit, participants will experience iconic landmarks such as the Louvre Museum, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, the Chateaux of Chenonceau, Chambord, and Cheverny, and Montmartre.
The itinerary also includes visits to Disneyland Paris, Parc Astérix, and the PSG stadium. The school views this trip as a unique experience for acquiring significant learning, personal enrichment, strengthening interpersonal relationships, and promoting interculturality and citizenship.
