The Funchal Cultural and Research Centre (CCIF), supported by the Funchal City Council, presents the photographic exhibition 'From Laurisilva to the Cosmos' by artist Diogo Gualter.
The opening is scheduled for July 4th at 4:00 PM in Gallery A2 of the CCIF, and the exhibition will be open to the public until September 5th. The exhibition proposes a visual connection between Madeira's Laurisilva forest and the cosmos, through a collection of photographs taken on the island.
Diogo Gualter, originally from Boa Ventura, explores the link between Madeiran nature and astronomy in his work, revealing the beauty of the natural world and the night sky. Admission is free.
