DTIM and INAITEC Sign Protocol to Boost Innovation and Professional Training Between Madeira and Brazil

Madeira's DTIM and Brazil's INAITEC formalized a cooperation protocol in September 2026 to enhance innovation and training.

The Regional Association for the Development of Information Technologies in Madeira (DTIM) and the Institute for Support to Innovation, Incubation and Technology (INAITEC) from Santa Catarina, Brazil, formalized a cooperation protocol in September 2026.

The agreement aims to strengthen collaboration in innovation, professional training, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and internationalization, planning joint actions such as training, knowledge exchange, and innovation projects. This initiative follows a technical visit to Pedra Branca, Santa Catarina, identifying common areas of interest, particularly in the articulation between education, companies, and research.

For DTIM, the protocol is significant for professional training, enhancing international mobility opportunities, trainer exchanges, and methodology sharing. International cooperation is seen as crucial for skill development in a global and digital world, connecting trainees, trainers, and institutions from both territories.
