Horários do Funchal will publicly unveil six new 100% electric buses tomorrow, Tuesday, 3 November, at 10:00. The regional secretary for equipment and infrastructure, Pedro Rodrigues, is scheduled to attend.
The buses were acquired under the MoVER project, part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR). The event takes place at the company's headquarters in Fundoa.
Afterwards, a trip on one of the new buses to the electric charging infrastructure and its transformer station, also part of the project, is planned.
