International Sharing School - Madeira Strengthens Regional Commitment with New Head of School

The International Sharing School – Madeira has embarked on a new chapter with the arrival of Todd Bazley as its Head of School. Bazley, a New Zealand native, brings over two decades of international education experience, including leadership and teaching roles in schools across New Zealand, Australia, Cambodia, and India, featuring the International Baccalaureate curriculum.

His appointment is part of the Sharing Education Group's strategy to solidify an educational project of excellence in Madeira, following investment in the rehabilitation of the new campus. The Ladeira Santos family, owners of the group, view this step as symbolic, given their connection to the former British School of Madeira.

"It is with enormous satisfaction that we continue to invest in Madeira and contribute to the Region's development through a differentiating educational model," stated Francisco Ladeira Santos, CEO and President of the Group. Todd Bazley expressed his enthusiasm for starting this new phase, hoping to "positively contribute to this journey, working together with the entire educational community to continue raising the standard of education in Madeira."

The school, expecting around 300 students in September, is consolidating its expansion and establishing itself as a benchmark for international education in the Region.
