The IV edition of the YESHUA 2026 Christian Music Festival was held yesterday at Calheta's shelter port, with more than 50 participants, mostly from the local area.
The event showcased vocal and artistic talents, emphasizing the Christian message and the glorification of Jesus, whose Hebrew name gives the festival its title. The audience filled the venue to applaud the performances.
Organized by the Calheta Municipal Council in partnership with the Mais Cultura Association and the Parish of Calheta, the festival is considered a highlight in the locality's summer calendar and is set to continue.
