The Madeira Regional Command of the PSP police has released its weekly summary for 23 to 29 October 2026. Across the Autonomous Region of Madeira, 76 accidents were recorded, causing 20 minor injuries and one serious injury.
Collisions and run-off-road incidents were the most common types of accident during the period.
As part of its enforcement work, the PSP carried out several operations that led to the arrest of 17 people for road-traffic offences.
