The President of the Regional Government, Miguel Albuquerque, attended the ceremonies honoring Senhor Bom Jesus in the parish of Ponta Delgada this afternoon.
Albuquerque joined other faithful in the procession that went through the town's streets, a tradition with roots dating back to the 16th century.
