Madeira CDS-PP MP Sara Madalena visited Expomadeira, held at the Marítimo Sports Complex. The visit highlighted the fair's role as an essential meeting point for the best products from the Region and the country, stressing the importance of direct contact with materials.
Madalena described the initiative as a long-standing tradition and an "indispensable event for the economic fabric." She noted the diversity of exhibitors, including representations from the Azores and the mainland, and the opportunity the exhibition offers visitors for a deeper appreciation of products beyond the digital realm.
The parliamentarian pointed out that, at a time of high dynamism in civil construction, Expomadeira is an "added value," enabling more conscious and informed choices and acting as an engine for the sector. Sara Madalena considered the fair to reflect the regional economy in symbiosis with other Portuguese economies, advocating for unity for the country's progress.
The CDS-PP Madeira reiterated its commitment to continue supporting the initiative, ensuring participation in future editions to promote Madeira's economic development and citizens' well-being.
