The air passenger rights platform AirAdvisor has released a ranking of airlines offering the best services for families travelling with children in Europe. TAP Air Portugal was not included in this list.
British Airways, Finnair, SAS, KLM, Air France, and LOT Polish Airlines were highlighted for providing more benefits, such as guaranteed family seats, free checked strollers, specific children's meals, and onboard entertainment.
The study noted the inconsistency of family seating policies in 2026, but mentioned a recent EU agreement banning family seat fees, though the legislation is not expected to take effect until 2027.
