An urgent intervention at the Cornélia Reservoir is the cause of the water shortage in some areas of the parish of São Gonçalo, in Funchal.
According to the Funchal City Council, the supply interruption began at 9 AM this Monday and is expected to last until 3 PM.
Several streets are affected, including Estrada da Camacha, Levada dos Tornos, Rampa do Palheiro Ferreiro, Caminho do Campo do 1.º de Maio, Caminho da Quinta do Palheiro, and Rua do Lombo Centeio, among others.
