A 62-year-old foreign tourist has passed away on the island of Madeira following a cardiorespiratory arrest.
The incident occurred this morning. Emergency medical services were dispatched, but despite resuscitation efforts, the death was confirmed at the scene.
Authorities have been notified and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death.
