The Regional Command of the Public Security Police (PSP) in Madeira reported that 72 accidents occurred in the Autonomous Region of Madeira between June 12 and 18, 2026.
These incidents resulted in 21 minor injuries and one serious injury. Fortunately, there were no fatalities. The majority of the occurrences were classified as collisions.
Additionally, several individuals were detained for illegal driving, including a dozen for being intoxicated.
