An accident is causing significant traffic disruptions on the Via Rápida (VR1), heading towards Machico from Ribeira Brava.
According to official traffic information, a queue of approximately three kilometers has formed. The congestion extends between kilometers 17 and 20 of the VR1, on the section between Santa Luzia and Pestana Júnior.
