The Regional Law Association of the Autonomous Region of Madeira announces the presentation session for the work "Regional Finances and Financial Autonomy of Autonomous Regions," authored by Filipa Rubina Freitas.
The session takes place today, July 14, 2026, at 6:00 PM, in the Auditorium of the Colégio dos Jesuítas of the University of Madeira. It will be attended by various regional and local entities.
The book presentation will be led by Paulo H. Pereira Gouveia, Counselor Judge of the Court of Auditors and the Supreme Administrative Court, and Sandra Nóbrega, Director of the CMF's Culture Department. The book features a preface by Alberto João Jardim and an afterword by Guilherme d'Oliveira Martins.
