The 7th edition of 'Clássicos na Magnólia' will be held on July 25th and 26th in the gardens of Quinta Magnólia, Funchal. The event will gather dozens of classic cars and motorcycles, some over a century old.
This year's highlight will be a rare 1960 Facel Vega HK500, considered one of the most exclusive European luxury cars of its time. Organized by the Classic Car Club of Madeira, the event will feature 47 vehicles on display: 38 cars and nine motorcycles from 27 different brands.
Curated by sculptor Martim Velosa, the exhibition will recreate the atmosphere of the early 1960s. Regional Secretary for Tourism, Environment and Culture, Eduardo Jesus, emphasized the event's uniqueness, blending automotive heritage with the historical setting of Quinta Magnólia.
Admission is free, and a shuttle bus service will operate between Avenida do Mar and Quinta Magnólia. A new addition this year is a 1960s-themed dinner on Saturday evening, complete with musical entertainment.
