The Volunteer House Association will celebrate Grandparents' Day with an Intergenerational Picnic at Nazaré Urban Park in Funchal on July 24th, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
The initiative aims to foster interaction between generations, encourage the sharing of experiences, and strengthen family and community bonds. The program features entertainment activities and fun moments, concluding with a shared snack.
The event will be attended by various regional and municipal officials. The organization is a collaboration between the Volunteer House, Causa Social, AFARAM, and the Madeira Motorcycling Association, with performances by Roberto Moniz, Os Macetitas, the Dance Group of the São Martinho People's House, and STG Crew.
