The CP Camacha Coral Group and the Swiss choir 'La Villanelle', from Fribourg, presented a concert of a cappella polyphonic choral music at the Funchal Municipal Assembly Hall.
The event, which began at 7:00 PM, was part of the Swiss choir's visit to the island, during which they are also participating in the opening of the Art Camacha Festival and the 'POLIFONIAS' concert.
Directed by Maria dos Anjos (CP Camacha) and Jocelyne Crausaz (La Villanelle), the choirs performed a varied program. At the end, both groups joined together for a French piece conducted by Crausaz. Admission was free.
