An alleged assault with a bladed weapon, in the context of domestic violence, occurred on Wednesday night in Jardim da Serra. The Public Security Police (PSP) is investigating the incident, which was reported by neighbors frightened by a heated argument between a couple.
According to accounts, the woman allegedly brandished a knife for self-defense, striking her partner in the back. When PSP officers arrived, the man was no longer at the residence. The woman received assistance and is believed to have given a statement to the authorities.
