Regional Secretary for Education, Science and Technology, Elsa Fernandes, urged young people to work towards making their dreams a reality.

"You can't change the world, but with our attitude, we can change the small worlds around us, and thus help build the world. So, always have many dreams and work to achieve them," she advised.
