The Agency for Innovation and Modernization of the Autonomous Region of Madeira has announced that a failure in the air conditioning system of the Citizen's Shop on Avenida Arriaga is affecting its operations.
Repair and/or replacement procedures for the equipment have been initiated, with an expected resolution "as soon as possible." While work is underway, and to ensure the comfort of users and staff, the shop will operate with minimum services starting tomorrow. These include the Citizen Space counters (Mobile Digital Key), DGRM Counter, DRAP – Passports (appointments only), AIMA, DRAJ – Citizen Card, and CFE.
Services from other entities will be unavailable at the Citizen's Shop but will continue to be provided at their own locations. This measure is temporary and aims to restore normal operating conditions. The agency apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks everyone for their understanding.
