Fitness Factory has inaugurated its third gym in Madeira, situated at the Marítimo Complex in Santo António. The ceremony was attended by Miguel Albuquerque, the President of the Regional Government.
The brand, already operating in Caniço and Amparo, follows the 'Smart Cost' model and offers areas for cardio, free weights, functional training, group classes, nutritional guidance, and personalized training. Since 2019, the company has invested over 4.5 million euros in the region, creating dozens of direct jobs.
An additional investment exceeding 2.5 million euros is planned for the next three years, with expansion plans and the introduction of new concepts and specialty clubs, focusing on a local team. Bruno Melim of CS Marítimo highlighted the investment in the club's sports complex and community ties.
