Carvalho highlighted the role of private investment in Funchal's economic dynamics, emphasizing that new establishments, such as the Lucca Italian Cuisine restaurant, enhance the city's offerings. He assured the municipality's readiness to support business initiatives.
"One of our missions is precisely to be the facilitator of this entrepreneurial capacity, this capacity to create and develop the city," Carvalho declared, congratulating those responsible for the new project and thanking them for their investment.
