The JPP party has proposed the rehabilitation of the José Lino Pestana Sports Complex, located in Porto Santo. The proposal was submitted as a draft resolution, recommended to the Regional Government.
According to JPP, this is the only sports facility on the island suitable for playing football and it is currently in a state of disrepair. The party highlights that numerous sports facilities across various municipalities in the region are in poor condition, despite government promises to build new pavilions and other spaces.
