The Levada do Rei hiking trail, one of the most sought-after on the island of Madeira, reopened today.
This trail had been closed for a considerable period, with its reopening eagerly awaited by many nature lovers and tourists.
The reopening once again allows access to unique natural landscapes and the hiking experience that the Levada do Rei offers.
