The median bank valuation for housing in the Autonomous Region of Madeira (RAM) was €2,598 per square meter in July 2026. This figure represents a 0.4% decrease compared to June, but a significant 16.3% increase year-on-year.
Apartments recorded a median value of €2,893/m², with a 0.3% monthly change and a 16.7% year-on-year increase. Houses were valued at €2,187/m², showing a 0.3% monthly rise and an 17.8% annual growth.
In Funchal, the median value was €2,833/m², experiencing a 3.5% monthly drop but a 10.6% annual appreciation. Madeira maintained its fourth national position in bank valuations, behind Greater Lisbon, the Algarve, and Setúbal Peninsula.
