The Madeira Promotion Association (AP-M) contacted the parliamentary group leader of Juntos Pelo Povo (JPP), Élvio Sousa, to schedule the handover of documentation related to tourism promotion activities in the United States for 2025 and 2026.
This communication follows a decision by the South Central Administrative Court, which ruled that the Regional Secretary for Tourism, Environment and Culture, Eduardo Jesus, must provide the JPP with documentation concerning the expenses of the "Toast to America" event in 2025.
The AP-M has proposed delivering the requested documents at the association's headquarters on October 14th at 9 AM, or alternatively on October 20th at 5 PM, asking the JPP to indicate their preferred date.
