In the Autonomous Region of Madeira, 15% of properties advertised for sale were transacted in under seven days during the third quarter of 2026. These figures, released by Idealista, place the region among the territories with the highest percentage of quick sales in Portugal.
Madeira trails only São Miguel (19%), Viana do Castelo (18%), and Porto (17%). Braga and Aveiro also recorded 15% in rapid sales.
In Funchal specifically, 12% of houses were sold in under a week, positioning Madeira's capital among those with the highest figures for this indicator at the city level.
