The new poetry collection by Manuela Vieira, titled "Hora di Bai", will be presented today, Wednesday, September 9th, at 6:30 PM, at the Nini Andrade Silva Design Centre in Funchal.
"Hora di Bai" is published by Edições Fraternitas. Manuela Vieira, born in Angola to Cape Verdean parents, has lived in the Autonomous Region of Madeira for over 30 years. She is known for her work in School Sports and is also an educator, writer, and poet.
The book presentation will be led by Celina Pereira and Duarte Rodrigues. The publisher "Fraternitas" is a Madeira-based project associated with EIPOEMA – International Encounters of Poetry of Macaronesia.
