Petrol and Diesel Prices Decrease Again in Madeira

The Autonomous Region of Madeira will once again have lower fuel prices next week. Super unleaded 95 petrol will decrease by 0.5 cents per litre, settling at 1.746 euros.

Road diesel and coloured and marked diesel (GCM) will each see a reduction of 1.0 cent per litre, costing 1.638 euros and 1.196 euros respectively. The Region thus maintains a favourable differential compared to the Azores and mainland Portugal.

Compared to the Azores, petrol will be 9 cents cheaper, road diesel 12 cents, and GCM 7 cents. Compared to the mainland, the difference is 13 cents for petrol, 12.9 cents for road diesel, and 17.4 cents for GCM. The Regional Government emphasizes the continuation of a pricing policy that ensures cheaper fuel in Madeira.
