Temperatures in Porto Santo are expected to reach 27ºC today, with a low of 20ºC. On the island of Madeira, the maximum temperature forecast is 25ºC.
The Portuguese Institute for Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) also predicts light showers in Madeira's highlands during the afternoon. Skies across the archipelago will be very cloudy, including in the capital, Funchal.
Wind will be light, below 15 km/h, with waves on the north coast around 1 meter and less than 1 meter on the south coast. Sea water temperature is between 23ºC and 24ºC.
