The PSD/Madeira Emigrants Nucleus has announced that their participation in the Chão da Lagoa Festival, next Sunday, July 12th, will have a solidarity focus.
All profits generated at the Nucleus's stall will be fully channeled to the Associação Angeles Lusitanos, aiming to support victims of the recent tragedy that struck Venezuela. A donation box will also be available at the venue.
Carlos Fernandes, president of the Nucleus, urged everyone to participate, emphasizing the importance of helping the Madeiran community and the country rebuild after the catastrophe, noting that the path to recovery will be long and complex.
