The Public Security Police (PSP) of Portugal placed a wheel clamp on a rental car parked improperly on the afternoon of October 6, 2026.
The incident took place on Rua Dr. Fernão de Ornelas in Funchal. The vehicle was parked on the pedestrian walkway, blocking pedestrian traffic.
The PSP's intervention resulted in the vehicle being immobilized at the scene.
