The Regional Command of the PSP in Madeira carried out several police operations in the municipality of Funchal on June 22, as part of drug trafficking prevention and combat efforts.

The operations led to the seizure of suspected bloom (106.10 grams), Gorby Mix (46.49 grams), and hashish (4.6 grams). Approximately 975 euros in notes and coins, two mobile phones, a razor blade, and materials for drug preparation and distribution were also confiscated.

Three suspects, aged between 45 and 55, were identified. They are known for suspected involvement in drug trafficking activities, which contribute to the feeling of insecurity in the area. Legal proceedings are ongoing under the direction of the competent judicial authority.
