The town of Ribeira Brava is hosting the 15th annual Luso-Venezuelan Festival, an event running until Sunday.

A conference titled 'Living Between Two Countries: Rights, Support, and Solutions' took place today at the Escola Básica e Secundária Padre Manuel Álvares. The initiative featured speakers Nancy Gomes, J. Alexandre Gonçalves, Susana da Silva Rodrigues, and Jorge Santos, moderated by Ricardo Miguel Oliveira, Editorial General Director of EDN and director of DIÁRIO.

Concluding the conference was the launch of the book 'Venezuela, a Country in Suspense' by researcher Nancy Gomes, which analyzes the South American nation's situation.
