The Parish Council of Santo António reports a positive assessment of the digital platform 'Santo António Occurrences', launched on May 25th. The tool, designed to facilitate communication between citizens and the local authority by allowing the reporting of public space problems, registered 63 submissions by the end of the first week of July.
The issues reported covered various areas, including public lighting, urban cleaning, pavements, and water supply networks. The platform allows for tracking case progress, with 17 cases already resolved and 20 forwarded to the responsible entities. Council President Marcelo Gouveia highlighted the platform's utility for transparency and civic participation.
