CDS-PP Madeira deputy Sara Madalena visited ExpoMadeira, held at the Marítimo Sports Complex, highlighting its importance as a crucial meeting point for the best products from the Region and the country.
Madalena stressed the value of direct contact with materials, considering the exhibition a "tradition of many years" and an "essential" event for the economic fabric. The parliamentarian noted the diversity of exhibitors, including Azorean and mainland Portuguese presence alongside Madeiran ones, allowing visitors a complete sensory appreciation of the presented solutions.
In a context of dynamism in the construction sector, the deputy classified ExpoMadeira as an "added value," as direct contact with materials aids more conscious and informed choices, boosting the sector. She sees the exhibition as a reflection of the regional economy working in coordination with other Portuguese economies, promoting union and joint progress.
