The Tabua parish in Madeira will be in the spotlight on the weekend of July 25th and 26th to celebrate the solemnity of the Most Holy Sacrament. The event will feature a program including a vigil Mass, musical performances, and a procession.
On Saturday, the 25th, celebrations begin at 8 PM with the vigil Mass, followed by a performance by singer Tony Jardim at 9:30 PM. Closing is scheduled for midnight.
On Sunday, the 26th, the feast Eucharist and procession will start at 5 PM. The program continues with the musical group Canto a Canto at 7 PM and the Tuna do Carvalhal e Carrreira at 8 PM. During the procession, a carpet of flowers will be made with the collaboration of parishioners. A tea house will operate in the churchyard, with proceeds supporting the parish.
