Thousands of students in the Autonomous Region of Madeira have been impacted by a series of failures related to the administration and evaluation of national exams.
The difficulties include incomplete papers, illegible scans, and an overwhelming workload that has caused significant delays in grading. Over 7,000 exams from Madeira are among the more than 300,000 nationwide affected by this situation.
Due to these problems, the national government was forced to postpone the release of results for the first and second phases of the exams. A teacher from Madeira has spoken out about the flaws in the process.
