The Union of Public and Social Services Workers of the South and Autonomous Regions (STFPSSRA) has accused the Institute for Forests and Nature Conservation (IFCN) of harming its workers "directly and severely".
The institute's decision to annul the performance evaluation for the 2023/2024 biennium, not conduct the 2025 evaluation, and instead report classifications from the 2021/2022 biennium, prompted a press release expressing "profound indignation".
According to the STFPSSRA, this measure disadvantages IFCN workers compared to the rest of the Public Administration, as it prevents the application of new classification grids that included higher levels and the revocation of quota systems, negatively impacting career progression, professional development, and remuneration.
