Atlantidomus – Atlantic Economic Housing Cooperative unveiled the first three-dimensional (3D) images of the Domus Place I development, located in Ribeira do Choco, Santo António. The project includes 36 housing units, with T1, T2, and T3 typologies, with indicative prices ranging from 185,000 to 310,000 euros.
During the Extraordinary General Meeting held last Monday, the plans for the different typologies were also revealed. The cooperative stated that the land for Domus Place I has already been acquired and the architectural project is in the final stages of development.
Furthermore, the assembly approved, by majority, the cooperative's application for a public tender by the Madeira Housing Institute (IHM) for the cession of a plot of approximately 5,580 square meters, intended for the construction of controlled-cost housing. Atlantidomus's board was authorized to formalize this application.
