The e-Leilões platform has reached the milestone of eight billion euros in sales during its first ten years of operation. Over this period, more than 105,000 auctions were conducted, with approximately 1.41 million bids.
Real estate dominated the platform's activity, accounting for over 7.8 billion euros in sales and exceeding one million bids. Vehicles were the second most sought-after category, with over 190,000 bids, while rights secured the second position in sales value, totaling around 153.7 million euros.
Established in 2016 by the Order of Solicitors and Bailiffs (OSAE), the platform is used for selling seized assets, in insolvency proceedings, and goods confiscated by the state. The president of the Professional Council of the College of Bailiffs highlighted that the platform has made judicial sales more transparent and accessible.
