The Regional Secretary for Tourism, Environment and Culture, Eduardo Jesus, will present the book “Madeira – Tourism 2015-2024” this Tuesday at the Palácio de São Lourenço. The publication, edited by the Regional Secretariat, documents the evolution of the tourism sector on the island over the last decade.
The work compiles the main results achieved, policies implemented, and challenges faced by Madeira as a destination. The presentation to the Representative of the Republic is scheduled for 3:30 PM.
Prior to this, the Representative of the Republic will receive researchers for a colloquium on democracy and elections.
