The launch date for the European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) has been withdrawn, with the European Union delaying its rollout.
ETIAS is an entry requirement for visa-exempt travellers intending to visit the Schengen Area, which includes Portugal.
The delay has been announced, and a new implementation date has not yet been communicated.
