The FAA Rentals group has made an investment of five million euros in the rehabilitation of an urban building located on Rua João Tavira, in Funchal.
The property has been restored to accommodate nine local accommodation apartments and a commercial space on the ground floor. Félix Figueira, a representative of the group, highlighted that the project aligns with the company's strategy of restoring old buildings, returning value and function to them.
This marks the third investment by FAA Rentals in Madeira's capital. Figueira stated that this project "is the beginning of a long road ahead," indicating that the group has other projects in mind, which are expected to follow a similar approach, combining housing, commerce, and services.
